為紀念美國退伍軍人節， AIT連同新北市政府在11月10日於新北市的府中15紀錄片放映院舉辦了一場《疾風魅影-黑貓中隊》紀錄片的電影放映會。
AIT政治組官員黃東偉和紀錄片導演楊佈新也在之後出席了一場映後座談會，兩人一起回顧美台之間長達70多年來的安全合作關係，並細數「黑貓中隊」飛行員的英勇事蹟，以及他們對台灣安全和對美國所做出的貢獻。
我們在此也向全球所有的退伍軍人致敬，感謝他們為了保家衛國所做的英勇付出，他們崇高的愛國情操以及犧牲奉獻的精神。
In commemoration of Veterans Day, AIT co-hosted a special screening of the documentary film "Lost Black Cats -- 35th Squadron" at New Taipei City's Fuzhong 15 Documentary Cinema on November 10. Following the screening, AIT Political Officer Thomas Wong participated in an armchair Q&A discussion with film director Jonathan Yang that touched upon the long-standing U.S.-Taiwan security cooperation relationship dating back over 70 years, the courageous stories of these Black Cats Squadron pilots, and their contributions to not only the security of Taiwan but also the United States. We honor veterans worldwide for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good.
